I'd forgot about that one. It's interesting to see that this one is used in The US and the UK. That reminds of another one we generally follow that one up with in the mountains here: "When he was born, they couldn't tell his face from his rear end, so they put him in a tub of water to see which end bubbled . . . and wouldn't you know it, both did!"
